Services

DeerHeart provides wellness and life coaching services for personal development and general wellbeing.

These services are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

Disclaimer

DeerHeart does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice.

You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Crisis Support

DeerHeart services are not suitable for individuals in crisis or requiring urgent mental health support.

If you are in distress, you should contact a GP or emergency services.

Payments

All services must be paid in full in advance.

Delivery

Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet and/or WhatsApp.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeerHeart is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
